Please do not open multiple threads for the same question. Your email address was added in our bounce list because your mail server's spam protection feature blocked the notification mails our server sent to you.
I have already removed your email from our bounce list, so it should be good to go. However, to avoid such problems from happening, please use "JotForm" and "firstname.lastname@example.org" as your form notification's sender name and address, respectively.
