How many conditions can I apply?

Hi, I signed up with Jotform recently, and I'm a free user for now, but looking forward to upgrade. I stumbled upon a situation that I wasn't sure if it's related to my free status or not. I have 12 fields in my form, and I need 11 conditions to apply to it (I want every other field to appear only when the previous field was filled). From what I can see, I can only create 9 conditions. Every next condition disappears after saving it. Am I missing something? or I have to be a paid member in order to add more than 9 conditions? Please reply as soon as you can, this is time-sensitive matter.

    Thank you

    Sorin

    Hello Sorin,

We do not have limits on Jotform features except for submissions and storage. Therefore, you can add as many conditions as you want in your form even on a free account.

If you are experiencing issues with conditions, I suggest to review if they are not conflicting with other conditions. This is most likely the common cause why some conditions do not work.

Let us know should you need further help with this. Thanks!

Thank you. I'm not sure what was the problem, I created a similar form from the scratch, with as many conditions, and it worked well.

Great! Glad to know you've managed to get it resolved somehow.

    Cheers! :)
