I have previously attempted to downgrade my Subscription, and I was under the assumption that it had already been completed, but a payment was withdrawn from my Payment Plan. I would appreciate if the previous month's pay could be refunded for I haven't used the premium features since the Downgrade.

We have cancelled and refunded the latest charge. Your account should be downgraded soon.
