I have three forms I've created in JotForm, that I modify for use every once in awhile. When I logged in today, I cannot see any of the form parts, and when I open the link to the live form all that appears is the blue background. All of the previous submission info has also disappeared. I have tried to access the forms in both Chrome and Firefox. Do you have suggestions, or will I need to create an entirely new form?
