Thank you for your interest in using our services. Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription based service. Free subscription plan is limited to receive 100 submissions/10 payments in a month and can store upto 100MB of files. If you are looking for more submissions/payments or needed more storage space, you may consider upgrading your account to a paid subscription from our pricing page as per your requirements. There is no restriction of features with Free accounts except for the limitations on receiving submissions as explained above.
You may upgrade/downgrade/cancel the subscription anytime. Since the service is subscription based, when you need to cancel the subscription it needs to be done manually. If not, you'll be billed automatically at the end of the subscription period. Also, you may consider upgrading to yearly/bi-yearly plans if you need to use more months in a year.
