If some months we will need less than 100 and some more than 100, will we pay some months and not pay some months, or will it be US$19/month?

WE have not signed up yet but have heard good things from someone using Jot Form.

Can you also tell me what sub-user accounts are?

Thank you for your interest in using our services. Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription based service. Free subscription plan is limited to receive 100 submissions/10 payments in a month and can store upto 100MB of files. If you are looking for more submissions/payments or needed more storage space, you may consider upgrading your account to a paid subscription from our pricing page as per your requirements. There is no restriction of features with Free accounts except for the limitations on receiving submissions as explained above.

You may upgrade/downgrade/cancel the subscription anytime. Since the service is subscription based, when you need to cancel the subscription it needs to be done manually. If not, you'll be billed automatically at the end of the subscription period. Also, you may consider upgrading to yearly/bi-yearly plans if you need to use more months in a year.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any other questions. We will be happy to help.

The other question related to sub-account users is moved to a separate thread and shall be answered shortly.

    Thank you!
