Incorrect submission counter

Hi there, I received an email from Jotform this morning saying that my number of submissions is over 100 and my jotforms will be disabled. However when I look at the form which says 116 submissions in total, 89 unread. I can not scroll through to the 89, I can only see 27 and I have only received email notifications about 27 of them.

The 89 must be an error somehow.

Please re-enable my jotforms and explain this error.

    Thanks

    :-) Philippa

Great, thanks! It still says I have 2 unread that I can't see, but much closer to the actual number!

Do let us know if the submissions count tally has a significant difference between the count and actual submissions count and we will address the situation.
