Please, check the guide below also:

Could you please check your spam, trash and bulk folders? If you find them there, please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):

when customers are filling out my form they are pressing submit and it is being held on the "please wait" screen.  some customers are able to complete the form and it is email to me.  about 50% of the time customers tell me after it submits the get a message saying "thank you for submitting" or something along those lines.

the customers that have completed the form and I have received it back from were using browsers chrome and fire fox.  it seems like my internet explorer customer is having the incomplete issue.

I have also noticed that on iphone only 3/4 of the text shows up  so customers can not se the full form

    please help

I tested your form with Internet Explorer and could successfully submit the form:

Do you know which browser version your client was using?

Do you know if he can submit the non-embed version of the form?

We'll wait for more details to proceed.

I moved the iphone question to a new thread.
