How can I get back to other pages than the last after the preview?

Hi

I have inserted the widget to preview the form before submitting it. This is a great tool and the preview itself is fantastic, but unfortunatly I am not able to change any of the answers after having pressed the submit button. 

This is due to the following:

the preview button is on the bottom of the last page (obviously), but after I inserted it, the regular "back" and "submit" buttons disappeared. This means I can preview the form and then only go back to the last page but not any others of the survey. 

Is there a way around this?

Hi Adriane. 

Have you tried inserting a page break immediately after the submit (preview) button? 

Here's a simple example.
