Can I create templates and themes that are not public for my colleagues?

Hi 

We would like to use templates for our company surveys (that are done by different people), but we cannot post these for the public as the CI is not allowed to be used by anyone else. 

Is there a possibility to create themes as well as templates and make them accessable for specific people only?

Hi Adriane,

On JotForm, you can't create themes or templates for a specific group; but alternatively, you can add your company's accounts as a sub-user to your account. With that way, they can preview, edit or clone the forms related to your account.
