    Hi,

I believe this is because of the option "Clear Hidden Field Values"

I cloned your form and made some changes. See if this is how you would like your form to work: https://form.jotform.com/52944344719968?. You can clone my form by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.

Let us know if that helps.

Apologies. Let me make further tests and get back to you as soon as I'm able to find the cause of the problem, there might be a need to forward this to our developers if that's the case.

    Hi,

I went ahead and updated your form. The problem is that the order of the conditions.

In your case, the "Show" conditions are being first called BUT the "Insert" conditions are not being triggered after the "Show" conditions are called.

To fix this, I have changed the order of your conditions, I placed the "Insert" conditions at the very top so that they can be triggered. Please check your form and see if it is working as expected now.

I also see that it's not easy to re-order the list using the new condition wizard. I will forward these bugs to our developers to have it checked and fixed.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

the new assistant was beautiful, however, it is VERY bad to use.

Frankly I preferred the old one.

Apologies. I understand, it seems like there's another issue related on the conditions.

I opened a separate thread so that we can discuss it better. Please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/687742. I will address it shortly.
