O que eu gostaria é que quem fosse responder formulário tivesse que digitar uma senha, esta senha ia ser disponibilizada por mim ou pelo sistema, logo apenas pessoas autorizadas poderiam responder a um formulário em especifico.

According to our terms of service we do not allow collection of passwords. you can however use a field where the user can enter a code provided by you (same way coupon codes work) then use conditions to hide/show fields based on the entered code.
You will have to define the code manually as it is not possible to auto-generate it from the system and evaluate the value with conditions since it will be too dynamic.
