My forms isn't working properly after the layout change

    Good morning,

     

    My forms isn't working properly after the layout change, they are all messed, and the items in the home page are not showing.

     

    The roll bar is not appearing too.

    What can I do? This form is very important for me, can you please help me asap?

    I've fixed it for you. You have a rule that is setup to hide the first field (Onde você trabalha?) when it's empty.

    I have deleted that rule.

    In previous layout this rule was working.

    You are welcome. When the form is loaded, the radio buttons are not selected unless default selected value is specified from its properties. So, while we have a condition to hide the field when it is empty, form hides the field as the it is loaded. As a fix, the action item to hide this field is removed from the condition.
