Can't open my reports

    I have an active form that was highlighted and permitted me to open my reports.  As of a few minutes ago, it is no longer highlighted and can't open my Excel file

    I could access the reports of your form. When you mention highlighted to you mean like this?

    Are you unable to check the checkbox of the form? Only by selecting the checkbox will allow you to access the reports.

    Have you tried more than one browser?
