    Completed submission forms are not being received to the email account set up

    The form reference is http://www.jotform.com//?formID=42863816904361.

    These are not received to the email account specified on the submit button.  We can view these however when we log into jot form and view submissions.

    The email (acco****@visionlo****.com) associated on the notification is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. I did a test submission on the form and I saw that it was sent properly. It also appeared on the mail logs.

    I can see that the email notification is configured properly.

    Please check your Spam/Junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
