I have several forms for our websites. When I receive a new email there is not a notification.

You're saying that you are not receiving any email notifications when someone completed your form, am I right?
The email (firstname.lastname@example.org) associated on the notification is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a guide on how to check your form email history.
I checked the notifier and I can see that it is configured properly. Please check your Spam folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
