All my conditions have been erased... What is going on here guys? I went to revert to a form yesterday because my current form was not working properly now all my conditions are erased.Page URL:

I do not know what happened but it is fixed now. I am the sub account user of the PSGM Account.

We did a data center switch yesterday that may have caused a hiccup in your conditions. When the account synced back with the server, the conditions were likely restored. My apologies.
