I would like to be able to send a specific customer a PrePopulated link of a form template I created. There is a shortened url generated, which I generally copy into an email and send directly.
Is it possible to have that shortlink auto sent to the customer every period of time (ideally like 2 days) until the form draws a response or until a pre-set expiration date (like 2 weeks)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send emails automatically every period of time using JotForm. In fact JotForm is not designed for this purpose. However, you may try signing any email marketing tools like MailChimp, InInbox, Aweber, GetResponse, etc. These tools are specifically designed for managing email lists and sending newsletters, etc.
You may set an expiry date to your form from the Form Preferences.
Please refer to the guide below that can help you in setting expiry date for a form.

Hope this information helps.
