But it appears I have lost a number of forms that were sent back. I have
emails that people responded but I don't have their forms on Jotform.
Can you please confirm if the problem still exist?
I just checked your account and forms, and I see the account active and available.
I check on your My Forms page http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ and I can see your forms.
There is one form that is disabled, but you can enable it using the Enable button on top.
