I have checked our server logs for your email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, and I do not see any issues with the emails being sent to you. Your address is not in the bounce list, and emails appear to have been sent from our end and received successfully.
I see that some of your email notifications use our default email@example.com sender email, while some notifications use firstname.lastname@example.org as their sender email. In either of those cases, I do not see any errors in our logs.
Could you please provide a little more information on what the issue you are experiencing is, as I am not entirely sure that you were actually reporting the same issue as Amy had. Are you saying that you had received submissions to your form that can be seen on the submissions page, but you haven't received emails for these submissions?
