Form is jumping up and down on the website

I am looking at the form in Chrome, and its jumping up and down:

I did check your webpage where you have embedded your lightbox form and did not find any issue with that. Your form seems to be working as expected. I was also able to submit your form successfully and I did not encounter any form jumping issue. Please check the screenshot below:

 

Please explain your issue a bit more in detail on what steps the forms starts jumping and we will take a look.
