Submissions are not being emailed to me

    Hello, I am not receiving email notifiers for my forms.  I haven't touched/recoded/revised my form in weeks and I haven't changed anything.  Please advise.  I NEED these notifiers.

    I have checked our email log and all submissions were sent successfully to email address that is set as Recipient email of mentioned form.

    You can also check the email logs for yourself on this link:

    Also your Email address is not in bounce list.

    Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

    I am having the same issues.  The email log says they were sent but I am not receiving messages.

    BJoanna, That is odd, because I checked my inbox via my email client...nothing.  I checked the web sever's inbox...nothing.  I did not receive the last form that was submitted by S. Swanson.  I have been using jot form for a few years now and I have been receiving them up until a day or two ago.  My problem still exists from my perspective.

    Did you checked your spam, trash and bulk folders? Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
