How can I pipe a value from a field into other text and label fields?Asked by sjk03060 on October 23, 2015 at 12:23 PM
For example, I have a respondent and their spouse. I want to know each's birthdate. Rather than say, "Your BD" and "Your Spouse's BD," I would like to say "John's BD" and "Mary's BD." Virtually every other survey and form generator out there does this. It's great that JotForm has so many really advanced capabilities, but very curious and frutrating that you didn't get the basics.
Here's a live example.
This can be achieved within the form itself or inside the Email notification or Thank You page.
