Email notifications not receiving when form is submitted from website

Hello,I have setup Jotform on my wordpress website through a plugin however when we fill the form,we don't receive any email and at the same time,when we fill the form outside the website (on jotform server) ,we do receive the emails.Can you please help?

I've tried submitting the form using direct link and seems to be working fine. I've checked the notification and it was sent successfully from our end.

If you can let us know the webpage where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

We are not receiving an email notification when someone fills out a form online. Please help!
