    Not receiving notifications

    Hi,
    I am not receiving email notifications- can you please tell me why that might be?

    Hi,

    Your address was rejecting emails as spam

    dobrien110@aol.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp;521 5.2.1 : (DMARC:AOL) This message failed DMARC Evaluation for an AOL Domain. For more information please visit http://postmaster-blog.aol.com/2014/04/22/aol-mail-updates-dmarc-policy-to-reject/

    It looks like the emails sent via Mandrill are working:

    However the ones sent from noreply@jotform.com are being rejected.  The passwords reset email looks to be the culprit since your forms are already using Mandrill.  If this happens again, you can remove your own address from the bounce list from your account settings:
