    sending a form via email is not working

    I have tested the enhanced insurance form and works ok, payment via paypal ok, only problem I am having is when sending email via your new publish I get the confirmation but I have test sending to a couple of other emails I own but I'm not getting the link. Regards David

    I am assuming that you are trying to share the form with another user through email. 

    I have just tested this feature and was able to receive an email with the link of the form correctly. If you are still having issue with this, please let us know and we will take another look.

    Could you please re post your question. It seems that it was not saved correctly. It seems that you are still having issues sending emails. I just reviewed your the form "ENHANCED INSURANCE" and was able to send an email with the SHARE FORM with no problem. If you are still having issues with a particular email you may review our bounce list from your account page

    Yes, it is sending ok but it is not being received by the recipient , I

    Could you please verify if this email is not in the trash or spam folder. I just retested that feature and was able to receive an email.
