You did indeed upgrade to Bronze but it was not properly applied. I updated your account status to reflect the subscription and it should now show correctly.

As a matter of fact, I do have another outstanding issue. I can't seem to locate the new submissions in JotForm that we've received since we transitioned from FormsCentral.
We've been receiving them steadily since last week via e-mail, but they're not under the submission tab for that form.
If you wouldn't mind creating a new thread letting us know which form you are having trouble with, we will be happy to have a look to see where the submissions are going.
