The number of form submissions is different in different parts of the account, why?

    On the 'my forms' page, my 'product registration' form indicates over 200 submissions, yet there are only 15 submissions that I've received notification for and only 17 submissions documented when reviewing the content of the form submissions.


    Why the discrepancy and which number is determining the amount of submissions per account level status?

    This happened due to a database maintenance issue, we have synced your account with our database now, and the discrepancy has been resolved. If you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
