I am assuming that you like to copy and paste plain text into your form. You may accomplish this using the HTML text field
To paste text double click the text or click the EDIT HTML button.
Here you will be able to add any text you like. If you are familiar with HTML you may add HTML tags as well. To paste text, you can use the keyboard short cut CTRL-V.
