Can you restore changes I made in my form?Asked by davidzielke on October 24, 2015 at 03:45 AM
I made changes in my form and hit the save button after almost every single change I made. Suddenly I couldn't hit the save button anymore since it was 'busy'. I then realized, once I hit the edit button under 'my forms' that many changes were NOT saved. Bizarrely, some (but only some) recent changes were saved but not those (the major ones) from some hours ago. I also checked the version history of my form, but it shows not all changes I made, meaning this is useless for my problem!
My form ID is: 52924902223350.
I hope you can help me to restore my modified form. Otherwise many hours of work are gone! :-(
What might have caused this issue????

Sorry to here this. If you lost or undo changes in your form, you can use the revision history.
This will enable you to view all the changes made in your form and undo or recover your form to a previous setting.
Please let us know if this helps
thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, the changes I made in my form don't show up in the revision history. :-( I think I have to rechange everything now.
Sorry to hear this. After reviewing your account, I noticed that the last modification made in this form was 10/23/2015 around 10:30 AM.
Could you please indicate when was the last change you may and the specific modification. This will be a great help reviewing what happened.
