    CANNOT EDIT MY FORM!

    Why can I not use the Design feature to edit my form? The message says that I am not authorized to edit the form. The form in question is Book of the Month. Now, my other form, Vin et Livres Membership, I can edit. I have checked space used on my account and it appears not to be full. 

    Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Could you please indicate if you are still having this issue. I was able to go into the designer in both of your forms with no issue.

    If you still experience this, please let us know and we will be glad to help.

    Hello - thanks for the reply. After I submitted this query, I happened to find another similar query in the forum which answer(s) solved the problem. I cleared the cache on my computer then opened a new incognito window in Chrome. That solved the problem. However, there seems to be a new problem that I'm not sure is related:

    This morning I submitted a test query using the form Book of the Month Submission. You can see in my dashboard that I completed all fields in my submission. However, the form submission that I received in my email box was totally incomplete and did not even have the same fields. It's as though a totally different form was submitted. Strange. I will forward a the email to you.

    Oops. Can't reply to your email. Here are the fields of the form submission that I received (I changed my name for purposes here). As you can see after viewing the submission in my dashboard, the form below looks nothing like the form in question. Please advise. Thanks.

    Simply re-do your notification, it will update and have all your forms fields. 

    1) Delete your notification:

    2) Create it again: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
