Hi, I received an email telling me that my acount is about to reach max submissions.

    I've tried to pay for bronze upgrade but your payment engine says that my card has expired.

    I tried twice and am afraid that further attempts may lead to a card error.

    There is no issue with my card as other payments are processing fine.

    Please follow this user guide to upgrade the subscription.


    In the Billing Details, make sure that the expiration date you will provide for your Credit Card account is a valid date format in MM/YYYY (see screenshot below for visual guidance).
