Zapier and Auto-responder Integration - how?

I'm trying to understand how Zapier will integrate my LearnDash online course with either( DirectMail Mac or Mailchimp) *with* JotForm *with* LearnDash.

If all three can be integrated, great. If I can integrate 2 at a time, that's OK too.

I want to use the autoresponder to notify people of Forms they should fill out, or courses that become available (Learndash dripped content).

I know I can create a schedule of emails with DirectMail or Mailchimp.

What I don't understand is this:

Each individual person will will have their own link for their particular forms or coursework. I don't know how to send the specific user link from either JotForm or LearnDash to Directmail or Mailchimp. Is this possible, and if so, how?

    thank you!

    Hello Bhavesh,

Just to clarify, when you say specific user link, do you mean to say the edit link where they can edit or update the information they submitted? If yes, here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Or if you mean just a form link with specific information prefilled to the form, this can be done by adding parameters on the form URL. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters. You can then send the form URL with parameters through email. If you have the users information somewhere e.g. on MailChimp, you can use MailChimp to send the specific form URL with field tags from MailChimp feature so whatever tags you used on the form URL as part of the parameter, it will be replaced with the actual user information.

    Example:

    http://www.jotform.com/form/11234567890?name=*|NAME|*

Where *|NAME|* is a field from MailChimp.

and name is the field name from your Jotform

If you have further questions or if you need clarifications, let us know.

Hi Elton! Thank you! I think that is what I am looking for regarding the mechanics of this. I will try it out and see if I can get it to work and will report back.

    Thanks,
