Is 100 entries limit for each form or per month or for total account?

The 100 entries limit or 100 submission limit for free accounts are referring to the total number of submission allowed per month for all the forms on the free account combined. It is not 100 submissions allowed per month for each form. So if you have, for example, 3 forms and each forms has 10 submissions each this month, your account already has a total of 30 submission for this month.

If, for example, that limit is exceeded all forms on the account will be temporarily disabled, however, submission limit resets every first of every month.
