quota reached

    Hello jotform,

     

    Our form says it has reached its quota but after logging in, I only see a few submissions. How can this be? I have on record a total of only 7 form submissions and definitely have not received the 240+ that I cannot read. Can you please help me with this?

    This discrepancy in submissions counter happened due to a database maintenance, this has been solved, and I put your account to sync to our database, so is fixed now.
