hi i am no longer receiving email alerts for new form submissions.also today my print detail is different from normal - details are below questions and not adjacent to

I have checked your mail logs and I can verified that emails being sent to your email address have been failing.
I have checked the email address to where the email notification on the form, http://form.myjotform.com/form/52873259800561, are being sent.
I found out that the email address is in the bounce list with this reason:Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Mail (id-44490-00783) appears to be unsolicited, please resend with the code jumenu1u appended to email subject and ask to have your sender email whitelisted (the code jumenu1u changes each 24 hours).
I have searched the error over the internet and found this:
554 5.7.1 Mail (SESSIONID) appears to be unsolicited - resend with the code xxxxxxx appended to subject and ask to have your email whitelisted. --- It means the sender failed the spam filters, instead to block him the system sent this bounced back message. If the sender reply to this message with the code in the subject, he is authenticated and the message is released to your inbox.
