Can more than one recipient receive a JotForm after submission?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the options available:

#1. You can add multiple email address separated by comma and a space and add it in the "Recipient Email" address field of your notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients 

#2. You can add one notification email for every email address you want the submission email to go to. The following guide should help you how to add new email alert: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
