    Dear JotForm,

I'm in the process of evaluating the usability of your product to see if it's the right fit for my business needs. I've experienced a couple of problems using the free version and would like to know if I upgrade to a paid subscription will those same issues exists?

Problem #1- on multiple occasions, I have log into JotForm and noticed that the most recent version of a form that I was working on was gone! Luckily I was able to recover it; however the fact that this has happened multiple times is very concerning. I make sure that I "save" my work every few minutes (even though the AutoSave feature does as well, and I certainly save the form before I exit the software) How can this be resolved?

Problem #2- I am trying to add tabs or pages to a single form.  I see that there are several widgets that should enable me to do this however none of them work! This is a critical feature that I need and it is very disappointing that it is not working properly.  If there is another step that I need to take, please let me know asap.

    Thanks

Having the free plan shouldn't be causing the two problems and upgrading is always optional.

To answer your first question here, would you mind letting know the timeframe when the issue happens? Is it after you login, then the other day those changes are missing?

Did you also try using another browser to make the changes? If not, please give it a try. If the issue won't happen there then the problem is related to your previous browser. If it still persists, please check if there's some sort of an error that is causing it. To check, simply do the following:

    a. After clicking the "Save" button in the form builder, press "F12" in your keyboard. This is to open the developers tool.

    b. Click the "Console" tab in the developers tool window. From there, you should see some logs. Errors are colored red. Please take a screenshot of the whole area and post it here. Here's how you can add a screenshot to this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

Also, when doing the changes, always make sure that you are still logged in to your account. I would also suggest clearing your Jotform cookies and login again.
