    Why do I get spurious email address in Auto-Responder

    I have been receiving some strange email address in the 'reply-to' field of auto-responders. The email arrives with the details of a field with periods instead of spaces@yang.interlogy.com

     

    Since Interlogy is your domain, I'm guessing this is system-generated but it means that when I click reply, the email goes to the person intended but also to this yang.interlogy.com which, of course, bounces back with an Undeliverable.

     

    Now that I know it's a bug, I can adjust my behaviour. Could you do something similar and look at the form? Form ID is 1774406849

    I checked the emails for this form and they are setup properly. The reply-to address should be whatever is entered on the "Email" question. I then added my email address to recipent addresses and then made a test submission. The reply-to email address was correct. Have you already resolved this issue?

    Yes, the ying.interlogy.com is the server that sent you the email. What you describe can happen if the email address entered is not proper.
