Embedded Form Isn't Appearing on my Web Page

    I am looking for the link to copy into wordpress? I dont see it. I clicked on form, clicked edit form, clicked publish but its not how i have put for on wordpress in the past.

     

    secondly. i made changes to the reply or Thank You that the parents sholuld get after they register, they are not getting it. they are getting the info from the applicaiton that i cloned. Although i have gone in and changed the applicaiton "thank you" response.....

    Are you still experiencing the problem?

    Since the issue about the thank you after registration is unrelated, it has been moved to another thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/689590) and will be addressed there in due course.
