How to avoid forms being saved as blank?

how can we avoid a blank form from happening? Are there specific triggers?

The only possible reason I see to why this is happening is that forms are not being saved properly after making some changes. I would recommend you wait for the form to be saved properly before you close your form editor/builder page. I would also suggest you try to preview your form everytime you make some modifications to it. Forms are automatically saved if the Preview button is clicked through the form editor/builder page.
