Over Quota Issue - ESI International !

    Hi...

    There seems to be a problem with our account...  it is showing overquota which seems remotely a possibility with our account...  specially a form that we created a few days back...  it hardly has 41 submissions but it is showing 1598 submissions ??

    Also showing 2500 submissions of 1000 used ??

    Hi,

    Currently, we have encountered an issue about it. I checked your submission numbers, they are reset to 0 right now. Also, your account is active.

    To overcome this scenario, we disabled the over quote checks today, so your account is not going to downgrade.
