We received an email with the message: "You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now." When I look in the backend with your restrictions for a free account I don't see why our account 'fotosmelt' should be disabled.
Hope to get an answer soon.

Your account has reached the storage space limit for a free account which is 100MB. It is clearly stated in our pricing page.
It looks like this is the first time it happened to your account though, so I'll do you a favor and reactivate your account for this time only. The next time it happens again, you will have to upgrade to re-enable your forms.
Anyway, please delete submission entries that contain large files immediately to keep your account under 100MB so that your forms will not be disabled.
