Can I ask how you embedded the jotform in localendar?

Can I ask how you embedded the jotform in localendar? I tried adding the embed script where the date is, but nothing happened.

Regarding your concern, I'm not sure if you have the same setup of the user on the original thread you posted (http://www.jotform.com/answers/678341152). Perhaps you can share us the website where you can to embed it and how you would like to have it setup.

In my understanding, the user from the previous thread has this setup:

The widgets suggested by my colleague will identify the current page of the form when it was submitted, which will easily identify to what month or date it is.
