I have created a form with an "upload file" field that is linked to my dropbox. I can see the submissions in my dropbox but they appear as .pdf files and I do not see any uploaded files. Could you please let me know if there is a setting I need to change or another place I need to look to find these files?

Do you mind if I ask of what type of file did you upload? Have you check also your email? you will then see it there after you upload file.

When I checked your form's submissions page, it appears that there are no uploaded files. Were you the one who made those submissions?
I have made a test submission with a small file named test1.pdf. Can you please check your Dropbox account for the uploaded file? Let me know if you receive it or not.
By the way, try setting your upload field as required to prevent people from submitting without uploading anything on your form.
While on edit mode, click on your upload field then toggle the required button ON:

Thank you. I tried to submit a .jpg and a .avi file... they both took a long time to "attach" and then it appeared that they were ready to submit so I clicked submit - they did not appear in my dropbox. I did receive your .pdf so I guess I'm not sure why I didn't receive the files I was trying to upload. Are there certain system requirements that may prevent me from uploading correctly?

OK, so I tried it in Safari and Firefox and did not have the same problem that I had in Internet Explorer. I believe the files were actually not attaching in IE but the way it displayed on the page, I couldn't see the progress or the error. In the other browsers, I could see the upload progress and the confirmation that it was successful. I can use Firefox or Safari for now but you might want to look into the issue in IE.

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
Alternatively, you may use several simple upload elements. It should be more stable.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Did the upload field appear the same under IE as with Safari and Firefox on your end? If not, it is possible that scripting is disabled in your IE browser. Click here to learn how to enable it.
If scripting is already enabled, were you able to see this progress indicator while uploading the file?
This progress indicator is displayed while the file is being attached. After the upload (attaching) finishes, it will disappear.
Please note that the progress indicator looks differently with IE as the actual numbers are missing. Still, as soon as the wheel stops spinning, the upload should be successful.
Anyway, I made a new submission to your form and the file went through to your submissions page successfully. Can you confirm if the file was delivered to your Dropbox account?
