    Weird Pending Payment Notifications Emails

    Hi There,

    Today, I recieved few  pending payment notification emails with undefined email body..like below

     

    From: JotForm <success@rightselection.com>
    Date: Mon, Oct 26, 2015 at 12:00 PM
    Subject: Pending Payment: Brian Tracy Breakfast Event Online Registration
    To: gautam@rightselection.comsunaina@rightselection.comfinance@rightselection.comspeakers@rightselection.com


    undefined.

    Could you help us with this?

    Hi,

    This issue is related with setting up Email Notifications.

    You need to enter email addresses, each followed by a comma and a space as you see below:

    Hi There,

    Today, My clients are complaining that they were receiving both completed and payment pending emails when i set payment pending emails to notifications only. Could you help us with this?

    I cloned the form and saw 2 autoresponders. These email alerts (notification and autoresponders) are triggered once the form is submitted. It is the reason why you're user is receiving two autoresponder emails. You need to delete the "Pending Payment Autoresponder".
