We download all of our form submissions into a database. Our database shows that we have received right at what we would expect for this month in submissions, which typically leaves us WAY below our quota, however our account shows that we have gone over. Our account is showing almost 4 times more submissions than our database and we have received notice that our account is going to be disabled. Please help.
