Receiving Notice of Payment Submission Limit Warning even after Not Using

    I keep getting a notice saying that my account has almost reached ten payments. The current form running is not used to receive payments. I do not understand why I am getting these messages.

    I see you are having an issue with random payment submissions and we do apologize about that as there was an issue on our end causing this problem but we have fixed it.

    I have now reset your payment submissions for you and it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
