To my understanding it seems you mean that you are not receiving your form email notification?
Please see http://www.jotform.com/help/314-How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address for instructions on setting up and testing your email notification properly.
I checked and found you have an account called "amykumpfphotography" with one form on it currently that is set to send to "email@example.com" which is set up correctly.
When I checked your email address I could confirm it's not in our bouncelist.Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the bounce list
Since you are using gmail I would suggest checking the other tabs or alternatively also checking your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up elsewhere.
You can additionally compare what emails our server is sending via your Email History.
