On the 25th I was advised my account was "overdrawn" and to upgrade if I wanted to continue using jotforms the month of October. I upgraded and was charged for the Silver account. This morning you charged me for the basic account and then sent me another email saying that I needed to upgrade because I only had the basic service. What choice did I have? I upgraded again because I need to use the service.
So, at this point I have been charged about 90 dollars in the course of 24 hours just to avoid having our service stopped.

We apologize for the inconvenience, the account went over the limit due to a glitch in the system that makes the counter to increase even though there hasn't been submissions done. So, I already canceled the upgrade for the Silver subscription(Subscription Number: S-4H769468EJ650813U) which is for $39.00 USD, that's being refunded.
You will keep the Premium-monthly subscription of $9.95 USD(Subscription Number: S-8CV82546AF835672V), which allow you up to 1000 monthly submissions.
On regards of the counter discrepancy, I have reported this to our second level, so this will get fixed.
