There seems to be some kind of issue with the accounting of the sent forms.
For example, when I go to My Forms page it says that in my form called "Topaketak 2015: Izen ematea/Inscripción" we received 250 submits, but that's not true. If you go to the submissions page (http://www.jotform.com/submissions/52005171106944) you can see that we only have 35, well 36, I did delete one the other day.
The problem with this is not only that this is quite misleading, but its also a problem because my account is reporting that we have already used 902 submits out of 1000 for this month, which is not true at all.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
There was a problem earlier related to the submission counts outputting incorrect numbers, which triggered some accounts to reach the submission limit. Our developers have informed us that this has been fixed. I have also reset your submission count.
If you are still having problems on this, please let us know and we will investigate it further.
